Welcome
Batley Parish CE Primary Academy
At Batley Parish CE Primary Academy, our motto ‘Together, We Are One’ is more than just words – it is the spirit that guides everything we do. Each child, staff member, and family is a unique thread in the vibrant fabric of our school community. Our strengths and differences make us stronger, and every thread truly matters.
Our dedicated staff work tirelessly to nurture a welcoming, inclusive environment where every child feels safe, respected, and valued.
‘How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity’
Psalm 133:1
Our Pupils
Our children are at the heart of everything we do. Each one is recognised as a unique individual, full of ambition and promise. We take pride in preparing them for a journey not just to succeed academically, but to enjoy learning, to take joy in their achievements, and to live life with kindness, curiosity, and confidence. Their enthusiasm, creativity, and resilience inspire us daily, and we are committed to helping them grow into thoughtful, capable individuals who thrive both in school and beyond.
Our Staff
At our Batley Parish CE Primary Academy, every child is cherished. Our dedicated teachers and staff understand the profound importance of each child’s unique journey. We recognise their individual value and are committed to nurturing their growth—academically, emotionally, and socially. Through a caring and supportive environment, we empower children to explore, learn, and flourish. By fostering strong relationships and providing thoughtful guidance, we help every child build confidence, resilience, and a lifelong love of learning.
Our Communities
We are proud to serve the vibrant and supportive Batley Parish parent community. At the heart of our school’s success is the strong partnership we share with our families. We deeply respect the individuality of the local communities we serve and encourage our staff to work closely with them, building meaningful connections. The support from our parents—whether through events, learning activities, or everyday encouragement—is truly invaluable. This collaboration helps our children grow with confidence, joy, and a deep sense of belonging.
Our Church
Our school shares a deep and meaningful bond with All Saints Church. Rooted in Christian values and guided by the principles of the Church of England, we believe that faith plays a vital role in shaping both academic excellence and personal character. This partnership helps us provide our pupils with a strong foundation—encouraging academic rigour while nurturing well-rounded, compassionate individuals. Through shared values and community spirit, we strive to give every child the best possible start in life.
